Since it is a pack of fresh vegetables cooked in a paste of ingredients like onions, ginger and garlic which are known as extremely healthy. Storage and reheat instructions: You can store the vegetable chow mein in an air-tight container for up to 3 days. Make sure the container is clean and completely dry. You can reheat the chow mein in oven as well as on the stove by stir-frying it until it is completely heated through. Serving: 2 Ingredients: ½ onion (chunks) 1 clove crushed garlic 1 tbsp. olive oil ½ green capsicum (chunks) 1 zucchini (chunks) 50g spinach 200g Chinese sliced cabbage 1 carrot (sliced) 8 mushrooms (quartered) 2 tsp. curry powder 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp. Mirin 100g ramen noodles 1 cup hot water Instructions: Boil ramen noodles for 5 minutes and then strain them. In a large frypan heat olive oil. Add onion chunks, capsicum chunks and sliced carrot and stir fry for 2 minutes. While this is cooking, mix the curry powder, soy, mirin and 4 tbsp. water in a small bowl. Mix until curry powder is fully dissolved and formed a sauce. Add zucchini chunks and mushrooms, stir fry for 2 more minutes. Add garlic and 2 tbsp. sauce mixture. Season with pepper. Add ½ the remaining hot water to pan and continue stirring. Add cabbage, spinach, noodles, and remaining sauce mix.
