In this article you will find a few reasons that make you fat and unhealthy. 1. Feeding low fat food It sounds crazy, however i need you to prevent shopping for foods marketed as low-fat or low-cal. Typically, they prevent solely a few number of calories and, in doing therefore, they replace harmless fats with low-performing carbohydrates that digest quickly, causing a sugar rush and, straightaway later, rebound hunger. Researchers from the University of Alabama at Birmingham found that meals that restricted carbohydrates to 43% were additional filling and had a milder result on blood glucose than meals with 55% carbohydrates. which means you’ll store less body fat and eat more, later. 2. Sleeping too little or too much I have heard people say that sleeping more can make you lose more fat which is rubbish. Anything done in excessive manner can cause so much harm than you could ever imagine. Sleeping less is also not very healthy practice. Like we have always been told since childhood that everything in moderation is the key to a happy life. This should also be kept in mind that sleeping hours are very important to count and manage as per your age. For a child, sleeping hours should be 8 and for adults 6 to 7 hours of sleeping should be enough. Routined 6 to 8 hours of sound sleeping can make your body fit and healthy for sure. 3. Eating bakery items Bakery items like buns, biscuits, pastries, cakes, salted crackers and chips are one of THE most unhealthy items to eat. They are high caloric foods that can make you fat overnight with excessive amount of added sugars and soda. These items should be strictly cut off from your daily diet routine, specially when you are aiming to lose weight. Normally these items are consumed by those who don’t have time to cook food so they go for shortcuts and eat ready made bakery items, instead they should seek for quick and easy recipes. 4. Drinking soda Any type of sodas should be strictly avoided if you are looking for a happy and healthy life. Even the diet sodas contain so much extra sugar and carbohydrates that make you gain weight even more. You may have heard that “a person is what he eats”, this is literally so true – you become what you eat, If you eat healthy it is going to make a healthy and positive impact on your overall lifestyle and if you are increasing the intake of unhealthy food choices you are going to be more sensitive towards mental conditions like depression and anxiety. 5. Skipping meals A lot of people are mistaken that skipping meals could help them lose weight, in fact it actually makes them gain weight specially when it comes to breakfast. Skipping your meals, specially your breakfast can slow down your metabolism and make you feel more hungry at odd times, ending up increasing the desire to eat more at odd times. It will ultimately lead you to overeating and thus gaining more weight. Instead of skipping meals, you should always try new healthy snack recipes. 6. Eating quickly Studies have shown that slow eaters are tend to take less calories than those who eat too quickly. Eating quickly can make you eat too much food and take 50% more calories than in normal or slow eating. 7. Watching too much movies Yes, that may sound so crazy but binge watching can actually make you gain weight in so many ways. First of all when you are addicted to watch movies, you are most likely tend to sit in one place for a long time. If you are watching movies at home, the best thing you think you can do is to watch movie and relax at the same time, ending up with you lying for a long long period of time, that makes your body lazy and dull and slows down your metabolism. Secondly watching without eating is no more an option, be it a fact or flex, it is true. 3 hours of movie makes you eat snacks for consecutive 3 hours which is TOO Dangerous than you think. 8. Not drinking enough water Staying hydrated is actually the best solution for all your problems. Skin issues? Acne problems? Weight problems? Or event mental health issues, everything is going to be fixed when you are hydrated. We all know that our bodies are made up of 70% of water and yet we choose not to drink enough water everyday.
